  • Vendors: Vendors signing up through the WP-Members plugin provide details such as name, business name, contact information, and payment details.
  • Website Visitors: When visitors leave comments, we collect data shown in the comments form, visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service (privacy policy here).

  • Process conference registrations, manage accounts, send tickets, and communicate about the event.
